Every journey begins with a consultation.

All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment. This allows us to understand your concerns, assess your skin, and design a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Our consultations are conducted by experienced practitioners who take the time to listen, advise, and guide you through your options with complete transparency.

Securing your appointment.

A 50% deposit of the treatment cost is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is deducted from your final treatment balance at the time of your visit.

Deposits are non-refundable and exist to protect the dedicated time reserved exclusively for your treatment.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all clients.

Patch Tests

Certain treatments require a patch test prior to your appointment. We will confirm this during your consultation.
